Sometimes, even the best laid plans go awry. We’re sorry whenever we hear about guests cancelling trips and do our best to help reduce any inconvenience the cancellation may cause. However, given that we do make certain preparations well in advance (like booking your safaris!) we do have a small cancellation policy.
Bookings cancelled 45 days prior to check-in date:1 night retention of the invoice amount
Bookings cancelled 15 days – 45 days before check-in date: 50% retention of the invoice amount
Bookings cancelled less than 15 days or No Show: 100% of the invoice amount
For Group bookings: 50% of the advance paid will be kept as a retention fee
